Dar Mayweather, a leadership studies faculty member, prides himself on helping leaders innovate and reimage their inclusion initiatives. Dar has consulted with colleges and universities, high schools, nonprofits, and virtual schools across the midwest. He has over a decade of consulting experience and has helped organizations find the gaps in their education, identify diverse stakeholders, and manage inclusive initiatives for internal and external community members.
Dar uses organization, leadership, and diversity frameworks to help clients explore social and organizational change by diving deeper into themselves, social groups, and communities. Dar has shared his inclusive leadership work all across the globe though podcasts, conferences, lectures, workshops, and articles.
