Dr. Mari Ann Callais has been working in higher education in some aspect for almost thirty years. She has consulted on conducting strategic planning sessions, facilitating board conversations, and working with campus communities to plan and develop housing projects.  Whether working with campus faculty and administrators, national fraternities and sororities as well various non-profit organizations, Dr. Callais is always cognizant of the importance of facilitating the work that is important to the client. 

Dr. Callais is skilled at bringing the important issues or challenges to the forefront and assisting with developing an action plan to address those issues or challenges. She brings folks together in order to move forward.
