Meet McKenzie Pendry
McKenzie Pendry is committed to helping fraternities and sororities lead with integrity, strengthen their culture, and live into the founding principles that make people better people. She has spent nearly a decade working with collegians nationwide and brings a unique perspective as a woman who has spent most of her career working with men’s organizations. McKenzie specializes in leadership development, equity and inclusion, with a focus on men and masculinities, and supporting organizations through conflict, crisis response, and community-building. She is also a Certified Hazing Prevention Advocate and supports organizations in hazing prevention planning, assessment, and education efforts.
In her current role as the Chapter Success Manager for Risk Management at Tri Delta, she assists collegiate women across the country in addressing and preventing risk concerns, cultivating safer and stronger communities.
As both a practitioner and researcher, McKenzie brings a depth of expertise to her work. She is completing her dissertation on how fraternities can influence inclusive masculinity development in their members and previously designed an award-winning peer masculinity education program that has shaped healthier conversations about identity, community, and belonging for young men. Across all her roles, she partners with fraternity and sorority communities to build environments where accountability, compassion, and values-driven leadership can thrive.
